For example, a 30kWh GONEO home energy storage system product lasts approximately 15 hours on a full charge at an average load of 2kW; and over 30 hours on a single charge at an average load of 1kW.

Yes, you can charge and discharge simultaneously. However, to better protect the battery's cyclic life, simultaneous charging and discharging for extended periods is not recommended.

GONEO photovoltaic energy storage system products can typically be charged via AC adapters, solar chargers, and car chargers. Some models also support generator charging, AC dual charging, or dual solar panel charging. Please refer to the product manual or contact customer service for specific charging methods.

There could be several reasons. Firstly, the charger used may be insufficient. We recommend using a genuine GONEO charger or one that matches the product's specifications. Secondly, the charging cable may be damaged or have poor contact. Try replacing the charging cable. Thirdly, the product itself may be in a low or high-temperature environment, which affects charging efficiency. Move the product to a suitable temperature environment (generally 0°C-40°C) before charging it.

GONEO photovoltaic storage products require almost no maintenance. However, users must ensure that the battery charge level never drops below 10%. Before long-term storage, the device must be fully charged and connected to the dedicated input port for maintenance, maintaining a constant single-phase AC power supply.

The lithium-ion batteries used in GONEO photovoltaic storage products are rated for 6000 cycles, during which the battery capacity decreases by a maximum of 20%. For example, with 70% device usage and 3 cycles per day, the battery life exceeds 10 years.
