Yes, you can charge and discharge simultaneously. However, to better protect the battery's cyclic life, simultaneous charging and discharging for extended periods is not recommended.

Third, the product itself may be in a low or high temperature environment, which will affect charging efficiency. Move the product to a suitable temperature environment (generally 0°C-40°C) before charging.

Bull energy storage products require virtually no maintenance. However, users should ensure that the battery charge level never drops below 10%. Before long-term storage, the device should be fully charged and connected to the dedicated maintenance input port, maintaining a constant single-phase AC power supply.

The lithium-ion batteries used in Bull energy storage products are rated for 6,000 cycles, during which battery capacity decreases by up to 20%. For example, with 70% device usage and 3 cycles per day, the battery life exceeds 10 years.
